Prices
Rental fees differ from high season to low season. Normally we do not rent the appartments during Christmas holidays.
Prices include:
• VATr
• Costs for water, electricity and heating
Prices do not include:
• Cleaning
• Bed-linen, kitchen- and bath-towels
• Taxes
High season
Tarifs for high season are being charged during the following periods:
• Christmas holidays
• February
• July and august
• Mid september to mid october
During high season both appartments can only be booked for whole weeks, usually from saturday to saturday.
Low season
Periods not mentioned above are considered low season. In low season, the appartments can be booked for any period of time.

• For any additional week the rental fee will be reduced by 10%
• Tarifs are on a per-day basis: arrivals after 3 pm and departures before
10 am are considered as only one single day.
Taxes
Taxes include a guest card, the owner of which is entitled to reduced fees for several services in Kandersteg. The tax is CHF 2.95/day for adults and CHF 1.35/day for children older than 6 years.
Internet
Both appartments have got internet connection.
