In front of the appartment there is a generous patio (40 m2) to enjoy the morning sun.
4 bycicles and 2 plastic bobsleighs for children can be shared with the occupants of the second flat in the house.

There is a brand new, environment freindly heating system consisting of sun-collectors and a central heating fuelled with wood. There is also a stove in the living-room to guarantee cosy temperatures.
